I scroll through my folder of daily sketches regularly, looking for images to use for all sorts of reasons, and sometimes just to look at them. I look at collections images of some sort several times a day for inspiration, guidance, instruction, relaxation, and I’ve always found reviewing my own work, honestly assessing it and […]
Each season when I publish my quarterly Nature & Wildlife newsletter I extend a 25% discount on all original art that features the season, but for autumn I discount all original art so you can start shopping for the holidays. For the first two months of the discount it’s only available to list members, but […]
This tile is 4″ x 4″, made of white polymer clay rolled thin with a print of my pastel “Catmount Brushmore” onto the surface. Because they are handmade and shaping, stamping and drying changes their dimensions, they are not uniform in size, shape or thickness, but that makes each one unique. NOTES ON USE: These […]
Not all original works are big pastels. I have a number of smaller sketches in charcoal and pencil, and I often like to leave a bit of a sketch unfinished or rough just to contrast with the detailed areas. So Giuseppe rests all the time, why draw him now? Just because he looked so velvety […]
This small pendant is made with a print of my sketch of “Bella Birdwatching”, inside a brushed silver metal frame and a 1″ convex glass cabochon cover. It comes with a black satin cord. I make a high-quality print of my artwork, trim it to fit the cabochon and frame and adhere it all together, […]
There are times when you’d love to give a portrait as a gift, but it just doesn’t feel right without the recipient’s input. Purchase a certificate to give to them and they can decide what they would like in their piece of custom artwork. Certificates are beautiful and are packed in a folder with a […]

They may be prizewinners or bedraggled street survivors, but no matter—each is precious and fills our lives with joy. And our animal companions were meant to be shared; we can spend hours recounting memorable moments to fellow pet companions, sharing images on social networks, our phones overloaded with photos. Animals are fascinating and beautiful, and […]
It’s hard to believe it’s three years since our foster Kennedy joined us as brother, and left us all too soon. He’d been reported having seizures in a driveway in Kennedy Township, hence his name, on a sunny 90+ degree day, June 14, 2014. He was rescued by Tarra and Margo, and because I’ve handled […]

Bernadette Kazmarski is my absolute favorite artist, I have one of her pieces on nearly every wall in my home. One of the things I admire most about her work is her feline art. Bernadette is able to capture cats in a very emotional and authentic way. The light and expressions on her feline subjects are so delightful. No animal has captivated us (and the Internet) quite like the house cat. Bernadette's pieces perfectly replicate the joys our feline friends bring to us.
Tara Czekaj
Friends and I chipped in together and hired Bernadette to create a memorial of a friend’s beloved cat after kitty passed away. The memorial was beautiful! We highly recommend Bernadette’s work.

Bernadette Kazmarski is a friend and talented artist who's an avid cat lover just like us! She has created original cat artwork using a variety of mediums, and has transformed her artwork into such useful giftware items as notepads, garden flags, calendars, greeting cards table decor and votives (one of my personal favorites). She's also an award winning writer. Bernadette is a dedicated cat rescue volunteer and remains active in savings cats' lives.
Carolyn Kozlowski, My Three Cats & Co., Inc.
I love Bernadette's creativity and style. In addition, when I purchase from her, it is from a wonderful, caring person, not a faceless corporation.
